The 1-2-3-6 System

This is a positive progression system, meaning that you increase bets as you win.

Similar to the Paroli System, also described in detail on this site, the 1-3-2-6 System is founded on the premise that you can win a game 4 consecutive times.

Decide before you begin what the unit of betting will be. Maybe you decide to have this unit be the minimum bet allowed at the game and casino in question.

Your first round, you bet 1 unit.

If you win, then you bet 3 units on your second round of play.

If you win again, then you bet 2 units on your third round of play.

If you win again, then you bet 6 units on your fourth round of play.

Using the example of a $1 "unit" and a 1 to 1 payout, let's see how this would work:

On your first round, you bet $1.

If you win, you leave your initial bet of $1 in the pot, plus your $1 in winnings, and you add an addition $1 to the pot, making the total bet $3 (or 3 units).

If you win again, you now have $6. You pull out $4 (essentially doubling your money from your first and second investment of $1 each) and bet the remaining $2 on the third round.

If you win again, you now have $4. Now you add in $2 of the $4 you just pulled out, making your bet on the fourth round $6.

If you win again, you have $12. Because you're still holding the original $2 you bet on rounds one and two, all of this $12 is net profit. Pull it out.

And start over.

If you lose in the first round, you're out $1.

If you lose in the second round, you're out $2.

But, if you lose in the third round, you still have a $2 profit because you pulled out $4 after winning round two.

If you lose in the fourth round, you break even, because you put $2 back in of the $4 you pulled out. No harm done and you had some fun trying.

With this system, you can win 6X your original bet after 4 rounds while only risking 2 units of your original bankroll.

In a worst case scenario, if you lose six consecutive times in the second round, you can still make it up by winning just four times in a row.
